How long does the heat last?

Depending on the heat level, Scarfy stays warm for 2.5–5 hours on a full charge.

Can I wash the scarf?

Yes. Just remove the power bank and gently hand wash or use a delicate cycle at low temperature. Let it air dry completely before reuse.

What if it stops working or I’m not happy with it?
